Select an investment land parcel.
Send us the name in which the deed will be vested on, address, email and phone numbers to email you the purchase agreement.
Sign and return to us the purchase agreement, copies of which will have been sent to your solicitor together with a detailed pack of title documents and searches relevant to your purchase.
Contact the title company to act for you.
(we have a list of title companies to choose from should you wish to do so).

WITHIN 7 DAYS

Sign and return to your solicitor all the documentation (contract and transfer) they will have sent you in relation to your purchase.
Exchange contracts.

15 DAYS LATER

The title company will provide the balance of your purchase price on or before the specified completion day. Pay the purchase amount plus escrow closing fees to the Title company`s escrow account. Upon receipt of the balance of your payment the title company will transfer the title into your name.
The title company registers you as the owner of your parcel by the local authorities.
This is a safe sale. No advanced payment and no payments to any other account.

Once the investment process has completed, you will be the owner of your investment plot(s). You now have complete day-to-day control of your investment and you can benefit from the rising values of land and any future development gains.

After the monthly payments are completed we will transfer the title into your name.
